Reporting Emergency Repairs
For Students – Report to your Court Reception or to Security on 01483 682002 (Ext: 2002) if the Court Reception is closed.
For Staff – During office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm) phone the E&FM Helpdesk on 01483 689230 (Ext:9230), at all other times phone the Security Office on 01483 682002 (Ext:2002).
Reporting Non Emergency Repairs
Please report all non emergency general building faults via the appropriate Student/Staff buttons below. No login is required.
Important - The E&FM Helpdesk Team are available from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, and all Requests received through the Online Service will be reviewed and processed during this time. Emergency Repairs must be reported as per the instructions above.
