The images contained here are a sample of the images in our image bank. They are displayed at 72dpi and are intended for use in PowerPoint presentations or on the web - they are not suitable for printed publications.

To download an image, select it from the relevant categories on the left and click on the link above the image to enlarge it. Right click on the image with your mouse and choose "Save picture as" to save the image to your PC.

This is only a small selection of the thousands of images that we have available. A full search of all images available can by carried out for you by contacting Paul Stead, Image Services Officer. Unless otherwise requested images will be supplied in the Jpeg format and RGB colour scheme.

Printers and designers may require images in EPS or TIFF format; these formats can be supplied on CD as they are too big to email. There will be a small charge for this service. Contact Paul Stead stating which image you require and where the images will be used.
