ULearn is the University's online learning environment. It provides a framework for a variety of online activities and information that support learning and teaching at the University of Surrey.
ULearn permits access to module content and activities at any time and from any internet connected computer. It allows students to discuss, read course material, take assessments and submit assignments.

Logging into ULearn
Before you log into ULearn please ensure that you have configured your Internet Browser. This is a short and simple process and will ensure ULearn's full functionality is available to you. Help Sheets 6a for Windows, 6b for Mac and 6c - Quick Guide will guide you through the browser configuration process. For advice on accessing and logging on see Help Sheet 7.

ULearn Support
ULearn Support is shared between IT Services and the E-Learning Unit.
- Technical support is provided by IT Services. All enquires concerning technical issues such as log in problems or system errors should be directed to IT User Support *
- Academic support is provided by E-Learning Unit. Enquiries concerning academic issues should be directed to the E-Learning Team *
A number of Help Sheets are provided by IT Services to walk users through browser configuration and accessing ULearn. Support Sheets are provided by the E-Learning Unit to assist in using ULearn.
