IT Services Easter 2012 Vacation Opening Hours

The IT Services Helpdesk on the Ground Floor in the AP Building will close at 20:00 on Wednesday 4th April and re-open on Thursday 12th April at 11:00.

The User Support Office will close at 17:00 on Wednesday 4th April and re-open at 08:30 on Thursday 12th April.

Emergency Cover

If you wish to report a major service failure during this time you can leave a message on 07623 504715. Please note that this service is not monitored between the hours of Midnight and 7am.

AP Computer LABS

AP LABS 1 and 2 and the AP Print Room will remain open throughout the Easter vacation.

AP LABS 3, 4 and 5 will be closed.

The Library Open Access PC Rooms will be available during Library opening hours. Please look and the Library website.

ResNet

ResNet Advisers will not be available from Thursday 5th April until Thursday 12th April.
