The University of Surrey, Guildford campus has a wide selection of meeting rooms, all set in beautifully landscaped grounds on the edge of Guildford town centre. The accessibility of the University campus makes it an ideal venue for residential or day events ranging from 10 to over 400 people.
We are committed to offering high quality meeting rooms in a pleasant and friendly environment. Rooms are well located and are a short walk from bedrooms and restaurants.

Seats up to 360 people with adjacent rooms for parallel sessions/workshops or catering space. retractable seating gives 500 sq.m. of exhibition space. Cabaret style on round tables for 160 with adjacent catering/exhibition space or rooms for parallel sessions.
Management School Building
Seats up to 418 or individual seminar rooms for up to 60
Lecture Theatre Building
Seats from 30 to 280 plus exhibition space
Teaching Block
Seats 30 to 60 or small exhibitions
Year Round Meeting Rooms
Day meetings for up to 75 all year round
