The Austin Pearce Building is one of our most popular venues for events of up to 360 people.

Located directly opposite car parks and bus stops it is easy to find and makes an ideal venue for residential and day meetings.

Organisers will appreciate the flexibility of having plenary meeting space for up to 360 with adjacent rooms for an exhibition or workshops. We can also seat up to 160 cabaret style on round tables in Austin Pearce rooms.

The foyer of the Austin Pearce building is a welcoming registration point for delegates. Suitable for serving refreshments, the foyer runs along the full length of the Austin Pearce Building with floor to ceiling windows to make the most of natural light.

Built to a high standard of finish with full air conditioning, all meeting rooms benefit from extremely comfortable seating with writing tablets and arm chairs for all delegates. Audio and visual equipment is up to date and supplied by our own experienced technicians, who are close by to help with organisers and speakers technical needs.

Retractable seating in all rooms turns Austin Pearce into a prime exhibition venue, either for stand alone events or as part of a conference programme. Rooms are easy to access and are all accessed through a light and accessible foyer area.

The Rooms

Room 1 and 2
Seats up to 280 people as a tiered lecture theatre. The room can be divided by a sound proof partition to create two tiered lecture theatres seating 140 in each. Retractable seating provides the flexibility to turn the room into an impressive exhibition and catering area of 208 sq. m.

Room 3 and 4
Seats up to 360 people as a tiered lecture theatre. The room can be divided by a sound proof partition to create two tiered lecture theatres seating 180 in each. Retractable seating provides the flexibility to turn the room into one of our largest exhibition areas, with a total of 300 sq.m. of exhibition and catering space.
