The University of Surrey is one of the largest self-contained conference venues in Surrey providing accommodation, catering and meeting rooms seating up to 400 on one site. Our 1000 bedrooms are located within attractively landscaped areas, close to meeting rooms and restaurants. The University offers excellent value for money for residential conferences and group travel.

Campus has a well stocked book shop, newsagents, grocery and general supplies store,a post office and National Westminster Bank.
Checking in to accommodation
Check-in is made as smooth as possible by experienced court reception staff who are on hand to give out rooms keys and help with any accommodation queries. For late arrivals, keys can be collected from our 24 hour Security team.
Coach parking
Coach parking can be arranged on site for group travel bookings with convenient collection and drop off points close to residences.
Meals
We have a range of restaurants serving English or continental breakfast. Dinner can also be booked for groups by prior arrangement along with packed lunches.
Our minimum age for rooms is 14 years.
