Wates House
Conveniently located on campus and overlooked by Guildford Cathedral, the building has a traditional atmosphere. Clever design ensures Wates House is suitable for a range of day meetings or week long events. There are three meeting rooms in Wates House plus two concourses for refreshments and exhibition space as well as a cash bar. Lunches are served close to meeting rooms, making Wates House an ideal self-contained training and conference centre.

Treetops meeting room is newly refurbished to a high standard and enjoys a quiet location within Wates House. Available all year round, Treetops is ideal for breakfast meetings, full or part day meetings, presentations and training workshops.

Treetops has a flexible range of set ups and can seat up to 90 theatre style and up to 60 cabaret. The Cedar room is directly adjacent where refreshments and buffet lunches are served, with either a seperate entrance or double doors to connect the two rooms.

Firs suite of meeting rooms are the most flexible space in Wates House.    Used on its own the Firs meeting room can comfortably seat 90 theatre style and enjoys far reaching views of the campus and across Guildford itself.   When combined with the adjacant stage side meeting area and the upper gallery the space is ideal for meetings, exhibitions or breakout sessions, refreshments and lunches.
