Kate Burningham holds a joint appointment between the Department of Sociology and CES.  She is responsible for teaching courses on the Sociology of the Environment to students in the Sociology Department and to EngD students. Kate is a member of the British Sociological Association and is on the editorial board of Sociology. She is also an active member of the International Sociological Association’s Research Committee on Environment and Society.
